Our historic Connacht Senior League win has some very exciting knock-on-effects, chief among them the qualification for the Bateman Cup semi-final.
The Bateman Cup is a knock-out competition between the senior champions of four provinces and stretches back to 1922 when Lansdowne beat Cork Constitution 6-5.
The competition is one of the most prestigious in the game and we're very excited about representing Connacht in it later in the season.
